01 / The brief

Make technical ideas easier to understand.

FlowSet Hub is an AI and IT services company. The content brief was to support its online presence with posts that educate readers, build credibility and encourage meaningful conversations.

I worked from company-provided content pillars, developing ideas and adapting the copy for each account. The planned weekly schedule was three posts per account: 12 posts across the company, CEO, CTO and COO.

The schedule describes the content brief, rather than a verified total of published posts.

02 / My contribution

From topic to finished post.

I developed most content ideas within the supplied pillars, with occasional ideas from my manager. My responsibilities covered topic research, copywriting and visual design.

  1. 01Research

Choose a topic relevant to the account and its audience.

  2. 02Write

Develop the hook, structure and takeaway.

  3. 03Design

Create the supporting graphic or carousel in Canva.

  4. 04Review

Submit copy and visuals for manager approval.

  5. 05Deliver

Publish approved content or hand it to my manager.

I had publishing access to the company and CEO accounts. CTO and COO content went to my manager for publication. Every post required manager approval.

03 / Selected work

Ideas made visual.

Three company posts showing my approach to educational copy, carousel structure and social media design.

Post metrics are recorded in the supplied LinkedIn export. Engagement rate includes clicks and other interactions; it is not a measure of enquiries or sales.

04 / Executive content

Adapting the message for each account.

Each executive’s content pillars called for a different focus and tone.

CEO

Business decisions, entrepreneurship and leadership, using a conversational writing style.

CTO

AI development, website performance and engineering workflows, explained in practical language.

COO

Operations, communication, onboarding and task ownership, with a clear process focus.

This section describes my writing scope. The featured evidence focuses on educational company content and recorded company-page analytics.

06 / What I learned

Clarity takes more than a good hook.

Working across four accounts gave me practice adapting topics for different audiences, turning technical ideas into visuals and delivering content through an approval process.

It also reinforced the importance of verifying personal stories and business claims before publication, and separating creative work from what the analytics can actually prove.
